The Watermill Center’s education program engages participants of diverse ages, backgrounds and abilities with an emphasis on collaboration and the creative process. Participants engage with artists-in-residence and guest teaching artists, immersed in multi-disciplinary arts and opportunities to encounter the unexpected.

In the tradition of the Surrealist Game “Exquisite Corpse,” The Watermill Center’s Young Artists-in-Residence (YARP) have begun drawings to which Past Watermill Center Artists-in-Residence and East End Artists will contribute. These will be returned to the Young Artists to complete. These final works of collaborative art will be displayed at Sara Nightingale Gallery for the community to view, alongside their video piece “The Enchanted Forest.”
