Based on the principles of Ashtanga yoga as developed by Sri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, these classes focus on breath synchronized with movement and a mind-centering practice that improves one’s understanding of the architecture of the body, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.

Sara Walshe is an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner with over 550 hours of training. Walshe leads a heavily ashtanga-influenced vinyasa class, with a focus on quieting the mind through breathing and movement, opening oneself up to true mediative states.
Space is limited. Reservations are required.
All experiences welcome. Please bring your own mat and small towel, and dress in loose comfortable clothing.
