QUESTIONS + IDEAS (Q + I), The Watermill Center’s year-round talk series, gathers leaders and creative thinkers across the arts, humanities, and sciences to engage on complex and wide-ranging topics. This October we welcome experts on the topic of Long Island Experimentation. Join us on October 24th, 6pm-8pm as we explore the history of The Watermill Center, once a Western Union science lab, Nikola Tesla’s experimental Wardenclytte laboratory, the early Marconi stations, and the FBl’s wireless espionage operation at Camp DeWolfe.Learn how these stories inspire Watermill artists and contemporary innovation as a whole.

Long Island Experimentation is made possible by the Robert D.L. Gardiner Foundation.
