ÇA IRA (“There is Hope”)

Mr. Rogers presents excerpts from ÇA IRA (“There is Hope”), an opera in three acts, and discusses his creative process. George Roger Waters is an English rock musician, guitarist, bassist, songwriter, and composer. He is best known for his illustrious 1965-1985 career as the main songwriter, singer, and bass player for Pink Floyd, and is responsible for the majority of the band’s album concepts (from 1968).
